Fistral Spa in Newquay is a place of serenity that encourages those who are in need of relaxation to retreat from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and simply check-in then chill-out. Fistral Spa uses GAIA Skincare products and treatments, a brand known for its use of effective natural ingredients.

The Vitality Suite includes a heated 11m pool, hot tub, steam room and sauna, all designed to help you unwind after a heavy gym session, or warm up after a day spent surfing the Atlantic. The heated Vitality Pool is at the heart of the Fistral Spa and is a relaxing place to take a dip, swim a few lengths, and forget the pressures of the outside world.

The fitness suite is available for the use of hotel guests and those with memberships. Kitted out with state-of-the-art Pulse cardiovascular and resistance equipment, many of the facilities – treadmills, upright and recumbent life cycles and cross trainers – have personal TV screens to entertain you whilst you train as well as internet access so you can Tweet whilst you workout or get inspired with workouts from YouTube. The fitness suite has two Peloton Bikes which are free to use for members and hotel guests. Join a workout and compete with others through fitness games to achieve your goals.

Opening hours Fistral Spa is open 7 days a week, 365 days a year. The swimming pool, sauna, steam room, Jacuzzi and gym are open between 6.00am and 9.00pm. Treatments can be booked between 10.00am and 6.00pm.
