Coronavirus update

We are concerned that many customers with gift vouchers may have been unable to use them as planned due to the Covid-19 lockdown. To ensure everyone gets full value from their gift and to avoid any unnecessary distress at this time, we have decided that for all customers with vouchers expiring from 1 March - 31 December 2020 we will provide a FREE one year extension.

This will give ample time to book and enjoy your hotel stay. As before, the reservation must be made by the expiry date however it can be taken beyond then and the hotel packages are subject to availability. Please note that our reservations office is currently closed, but we hope to be able to take new bookings soon.

It is possible that you may be the purchaser of the voucher as your email address is the one we have on the order. We therefore ask that you forward this on to the recipient so they are aware of the voucher extension. We would also be grateful for anything you can do to spread the word of this offer to anyone else who may have one of our vouchers, as we won't be able to contact the majority of voucher owners directly as we simply don't know who they have been given to. We hope this gesture brings you a little bit of 'peace of mind' at such a difficult time.

Important things to know

Your voucher is NOT valid at hotels. Please do not present your voucher at a hotel as it will not be accepted. Your voucher is valid for bookings via offpeakluxury.com or any of our sister websites. You can choose your break(s) from any of the following websites:

Please take careful note of your expiry date and put it in your phone/diary straight away if you aren't yet ready to book. If you allow your voucher to expire it will be lost, and there are no exceptions to this. If you get close to your expiry date and need more time, it can be extended for a small charge providing you do this BEFORE it expires. Please call us on on 0333 2125 594 to arrange this.

Vouchers are valid for a year, unless otherwise stated. Customers are allowed to post-date the start period and if your voucher's expiry date is more than a year away it will not become valid until 1 year from the expiry date.

You can make more than one booking with your voucher if you have sufficient funds on it; there is no need to use it all in one go. You can use it towards anything that is booked in advance via ourselves, but cannot use it for extras incurred at the hotel.

Need to extend your voucher?

If for any reason you would like to extend your voucher, click here to begin the process. The cost for doing this is £17.50 for a 12 month extension. You will need your existing voucher code for this.


How to use your voucher

This is really easy. You select a hotel and make a booking in exactly the same way as if you were paying by credit or debit card. At the checkout stage you will be asked if you have a voucher, and then you put in your redemption code. Simple! We're also available to help every day except 25, 26th December, and 1st January. If your booking is a lower value than your voucher, the unused amount remains on your voucher for use against a future booking. If you want to make a booking for more than the value of your voucher you can simply pay the difference by credit or debit card.
