The hotel is situated above a beautiful beach and the panoramic view from the room is amazing. The staff were very friendly, especially the evening restaurant waitress.

We had a lovely time at Fistral Beach hotel and spa!! We came straight here from our wedding venue for the first night of our honey moon, and enjoyed some luxurious spa treatments to unwind after the excitement of wedding celebrations. The staff were lovely, especially the gentleman in the restaurant who was so great at helping us with my allergies when ordering food. We felt very looked after. The views of the beach and the sea were spectacular and parking was easy. Overall really pleased with our stay and would definitely recommend!

- [ ] Fantastic location overlooking Fistral beach. Comfortable room with sea view. On check in we were shocked to have to swipe my debit card for 50 against any additional purchases. We have never been asked to do this before in any of the many hotels we have stayed in. I struggled to understand the receptionist and kept having to ask her to repeat what she had said. What was very strange and never experienced in any hotels we have previously stayed in we were not allowed into restaurant until our exact booking time. First night we were 10 mins early and asked to wait in the bar. Obviously very short staffed and the waiter was doing his best but when we did sit down had a long wait for bread rolls. Starter came shortly after but another long wait for our main course. The food was barely warm and served on cold plates. We were on a dbb booking but were shocked to find if you wanted vegetables with your meal you had to pay additional 11 for potatoes and brocolli.

We had a small issue with the room but the management went above and beyond to remedy the situation

Booked a 3-night spa break for my husband and I. It was everything we wanted in a relaxing break. Spa treatments (although more expensive than the norm) were just amazing. My husband had a 2 hour Raindrop Therapy which he thoroughly enjoyed, and my 90 minute body scrub with massage was equally relaxing. Food was 'pretty' but plentiful and very tasty. The menu is only changed each season and has a limited selection of dishes to choose from, if you were staying for any length of time, you might find it repetitive. Staff are very friendly and welcoming - nothing too much trouble.
