There is limited on site parking. The main car park is opposite the hotel down a neighbouring road. It's only a few minutes walk away, and the hotel will be pleased to help.
There are currently no Electric Car charging points at the hotel, but there are two in the Village Hall Car Park.
Is The Swan at Lavenham Hotel & Spa accessible for disabled guests?
There is no lift at the hotel. There are steps to navigate to all rooms within the hotel including ground floor rooms.
There are no fully accessible rooms. Due to the age of the building, this is not suitable for guests with mobility issues.
Can children stay at The Swan at Lavenham Hotel & Spa?
There is a charge of £15 per child per night to include breakfast. Upgraded Heritage rooms can take one additional bed to accommodate families, additional supplements will apply. Please contact us to check family room availability.
Cots can be accommodated in Suffolk or Heritage rooms, Lavenham rooms cannot accommodate a cot. Cots are free of charge.
Children are welcome in the Brasserie. Children under 8 years old cannot be accommodated in the Gallery Restaurant. Children are not permitted to use the spa facilities.
Does The Swan at Lavenham Hotel & Spa allow dogs?
Dogs are welcome in all bedrooms and public areas excluding the Gallery Restaurant. There is a £20 per dog per night charge applicable which includes a dog bowl and treats for your pooch.
Dogs are welcome in the Brasserie and bar.
