The Swan is home to two very different dining rooms, covering both fine dining and a more relaxed experience. The Gallery plays host to guests who book to stay on packages that include dinner, it is the more formal room of the two, with a complete fine dining experience being at the forefront. The oak beams, impressive open fireplaces and exposed brickwork make for a medieval feel, setting the mood for an all-round elegant evening. The Brasserie 487 is a delightful room overlooking the gardens with a stunning stained-glass window, it boasts a more informal, relaxed feel, making for a casual, laid back dining experience. Menus in the Brasserie 487 typically follow the theme of British favourites, that change regularly to ensure that returning guests have exciting new dishes to choose from. All cuisine at The Swan are freshly prepared to order, using only the freshest seasonal produce from local suppliers.
The Airmen's Bar boasts lots of character and fascinating history, filled with memorabilia from the US and British servicemen from World War 2.
