Package disappointed

Our stay was a lovely well needed break.
The only thing that let it down was the package purchased - as all the little extras weren t given. We recieved no welcome drink - or offered - the reception tried to charge me full
Price for the parking when it should have been 1/2 price. And finally the complimentary late check out ?? We was locked out of our room at 11 o clock after using the spa. They deactivated the key at reception ? We had to go to reception to get it unlocked. I think these little extras need to addressed if offered at purchase.
