I feel It is necessary to make comment re the condition of the towels in that the edges were fraying and had an off white, grey appearance.
One of the bathrobes had been worn by the previous occupant and not replaced.
In spite of paying for a delux room, it was only possible to see out of the window when standing. Very disappointing.
