Choose from a range of treatments to help sooth your aching muscles, and leave our hotel feeling fresh and ready to face the world.

During you stay you might want to indulge in some of the vital health facilities. Whether you prefer swimming a few laps of the pool before breakfast, or punching out an hour in the gym - we've got everything you'll need to keep up with your regular routine. Old England Hotel & Spa has excellent health facilities, including a 20-metre heated pool, thermal suite and a state-of-the-art Technogym. Guests are welcome to use the facilities free of charge.

Entry to the Spa is from 7am and last entry 6.30pm daily.

Children may use the pool between 10am and 5pm each day. 

Guests may be required to pre-book swimming when the hotel is particularly busy.
