The helpfulness of the staff was beyond expectations. As we are tea total, the bottle of Prosecco was not needed but the staff offered to send somebody out to purchase a bottle of Schloer. I assured them it was not necessary, but shortly after that a bottle of alchol-free was delivered to our room. We only spent one night there but the friendliness of the staff was amazing.
