- The spa at Cotswold House is intimate and relaxing, some looking solely for a spa experience may find some of the facilities more limited than larger spa resorts. Guests are allocated a 2 hour slot, which must be prebooked
- The Fig restaurant does not serve a fine dining menu, but the Fig restaurant is still open to have the Bistro menu, afternoon tea, and to use as a lounge area. The Fig is a little more sedentary, romantic even, and is located in a beautiful high ceilinged Regency room.

Parking Facilities
Short term parking is available at the front of the hotel, there is 20 min free stay, please press for ticket at the parking machine.
For hotel parking you are welcome to leave your luggage at reception then turn right into the High Street, right at St Catherine's Church into Hoo Lane and next right into Back Ends. The hotel car park entrance is 75 metres on the right. The hotel car park is adjacent to the spa, then you walk down through the garden to the hotel.
Electric car charging: 3 dedicated electric car spaces, 2x Tesla charging and 1x universal. These are offered free of charge to residents
Disabled Access
The hotel has 1 Junior Suite and 1 Suite on the ground floor (please note there are steps everywhere around the hotel premises, ramps can pre provided on request, please check with the hotel directly for full description).
All Classic and Superior rooms are located on the first and second floors. The hotel does not have a lift.
Child Policy
Children are welcome in selected rooms, Z beds can be provided for £40.00 per child per night to include breakfast, cots are complimentary. Please contact us to check family room availability.
Children under the age of 18 may cannot use the spa.

Dogs Policy
Dogs can only be accommodated in some Classic, Superior, and Cottage Rooms, and selected Junior Suites and Suites. Upgrade charges may be applicable. Charge for pets is £20 per dog per night. Please contact us and we will be happy to check availability.
Pets are accepted at the discretion of the hotel and are permitted in the Bistro on the Square.
