Not Luxury at all

Was really looking forward to our stay here booked through off peak luxury however it was far from luxury more your typical golf venue , no one on reception when we arrived waited 15 min then went to find someone , room right next to gym with blasting music and thumping till 7 pm then started early in the morning again , had a meal included which was very basic pub food nothing special at all , we paid for our drinks as we ordered them at the bar , when checking out we found out that some of our drinks were under the room number we had to both log on to our online banking to prove we d paid , this night away celebrating our anniversary was such a disappointment .
