The complimentary facilities include the swimming pool, steam room, sauna, jacuzzi and gym.
Spa Facilities
The Thermal Suite
Based on the ancient ritual of bathing, the body is treated using a variety of heat and cooling experiences to guide your body through a sensory journey with the ultimate aim of inducing deep relaxation; an excellent way to prepare your mind and body for private individual treatments.
The Thermal Spa is charged at £25 per person for 2 hours and must be prebooked.
Treatment Rooms
A range of health and spa treatments are available in our beautifully appointed treatment rooms; a haven of peace and tranquillity for the body and mind. From facials to manicures and pedicures, massages to tanning, there is a variety of treatments to choose from and enjoy.
Relaxation Room
During your visit to the spa, treat yourself to some time out in the relaxation area. Featuring soft lighting, sensual aromas, fibre optic ceiling illuminations and complimentary fruit and herbal teas as well as cool filtered water. The perfect environment to relax and unwind in as you appreciate the peace and tranquillity. Magazines are available to guests, but do feel free to bring your own, or a book to read and relax with.
Mud Serail Bath
The perfect treat for you and a friend or partner. The muds have healing properties and are applied ahead of a herbal steam bath which is taken in your private chamber, followed by an integral shower to complete the treatment - an utterly relaxing experience.
Swimming pool
The 15 metre deck-level swimming pool offers the perfect opportunity to relax or exercise; open to both spa guests and club members.
The pool area also features a sauna, steam room and whirlpool spa bath.
Air-conditioned gym
Featuring the perfect equipment for all fitness levels, the casual and relaxed gymnasium is air conditioned for comfort and offers professionally trained staff to help you achieve your personal fitness goals, whatever they might be. A personal assessment can help you determine your fitness goal and how to achieve it, and staff can support that journey every step of the way.

HEATING EXPERIENCES
Hydro Pool
With four different water-jet stations the hydro pool massages and manipulates the major muscle groups, easing tensions and stress in the body. With water fountains for shoulder and neck massage and air loungers for a full body massage experience there is something for everyone no matter what level of massage your body's hydro-therapeutic needs.
The Mineral Grotto
This hot steam room uses salts and essence to support and encourage healing and relaxation, whilst the curved heated seats leave your body completely and utterly relaxed.
Aroma Steam Room
Using a variety of essences to cleanse the body of impurities and revitalise the mind, the aroma steam room encourages a deep state of relaxation. Otherwise known as a Turkish or Roman steam bath, the moist heat environment is particularly beneficial to the respiratory system.
Soft Sauna
This luxurious timber chamber combines the traditional pleasures of a Scandinavian sauna with the addition of mood lighting.
COOLING EXPERIENCES
After using our heat experiences it's important to cool the body, including the soft tissues, which not only moderates your body temperature but invigorates the body and stimulates nerve endings, leaving you feeling totally refreshed, cleansed and energised.
Experience Showers
Offering a multi-sensory experience from soft tropical-like mist to an invigorating ice rain shower, both are designed to cool the body which can feel wonderfully relaxing and cleansing after any of the heating experiences. A waterfall shower and body shower complete the experience.
Ice Fountain
A continuous supply of crushed ice provides the ultimate counterbalance to the warming effects of the heat experience; gently apply to the wrists, forehead and any other areas you'd like to cool.
Foot Baths
Upon arrival at the spa reception you will be given complimentary aroma salts for use in the foot baths; these offer a gentle and relaxing footbath to soothe and stimulate the feet. The perfect way to soak away the stress of a busy day, or after a round of golf.
Arrival time
Guests should arrive at the spa reception at least 15 minutes prior to any treatment booking so that you can begin on time in a relaxed way. Any later arrivals ultimately result in shortened treatment times.
Age requirements
Children under the age of 16 are not allowed to visit the spa. Any persons under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times.
What to bring
You will be provided with your own robe, towel and slippers to use throughout your visit and lockers are available for your clothing and other personal belongings - our lockers require a £1 coin (refundable). Paper underwear will be provided for specific body treatments should you wish.

Incorporating products made from the finest ingredients, all of the therapists are trained to deliver the full range of treatments, making our approach as flexible as you need it to be and helping you to relax as much as possible during your visit. Beautifully appointed and tranquil treatment rooms ensure the entire experience is relaxing and enjoyable.
One of the benefits of the spa is that you only have to book your time slot with our therapists - you can choose which treatment you'd like on the day of your visit, which is perfect if you can't decide in advance or your needs change after making the booking.

Leisure facilities
Golf
If you play golf, at any level, you'll certainly enjoy playing at Ufford Park Woodbridge, Hotel, Golf and Spa. Spread across 120 acres of undulating parkland, the 18-hole, par 71 award-winning course is perfect for all intermediate and experienced players – and everyone in between. The golf course is playable all year round thanks to its excellent natural drainage, and open to members and non-members.
Driving Range
Ufford Park is home to the only two-tier driving range in Suffolk and was voted in the Top 10 Driving Ranges in Britain by Today's Golfer Magazine. The outfield has been sculptured to provide a more realistic playing environment; all the bays are undercover and floodlit. Many of the bays also have heaters so that even on the coldest evenings, it is warm enough to play. Open to all ages, the driving range is the perfect place to improve your technique or have fun with the children.
Due to Government restrictions, no club hire is available and therefore players must bring their own equipment.
The driving range is a great place to try golf for the first time.
Congo Rapids
Looking for a day out, particularly with the children, that's filled with adventure? Look no further than Congo Rapids Adventure Golf. Spectacular fun for all ages, Congo Rapids sits at the entrance to the hotel and offers players the chance to have a bit of fun while honing their putting skills.
American Golf shop
Offering a huge selection of equipment, clothing and accessories, the 4,000 square foot American Golf shop at Ufford Park is sure to fulfil all of your golfing needs. The shop is an independently operated franchise located near the hotel reception and driving range.
The highly trained team at the American Golf shop offer club fitting and are on hand to explain how the latest equipment will have you hitting further, straighter and more consistently than ever before, in their newly upgraded fitting bays.
A Cut Above
Ufford Park is home to A Cut Above Hair Salon, a unisex hair studio based in the hotel. Catering for ladies, gentlemen and children, the salon offers a full range of services including cuts, colouring and styling.
