Initially a bit reluctant to cater for our changes (eg Sunday lunch instead of Friday evening meal, special meals etc.) after a word from OPL, they did want we wanted. Free upgrade into a lovely room. Nice walks and biking around the pond, fantastic meals. Staff really helpful, attentive, upgraded room, allowed late check out etc. I would really recommend this as a lovely, quiet romantic break. Great gym too.
