AT, Avon, stayed: August 2016 We spent a night here to celebrate a birthday and anniversary. We were not disappointed. A very welcoming hotel in a great location with an excellent restaurant.

SB, Devon, stayed: February 2017 We had a lovely one night stay as a treat for our 37th wedding anniversary. We were warmly welcomed and shown to our room, which was huge and very nicely furnished. The level of cleanliness was excellent, but the decor had started to need a little attention. We were given a choice of times for our evening meal, the menu choices were really good and the dishes we selected were delicious. The restaurant would have been rated as excellent but there was a problem at breakfast, not enough tables had been allocated so there was a delay, tables had to be relaid, but the staff worked extra quick to accomodate all the guests. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.
