"Anniversary Stay"
TH, Gloucestershire, stayed: February 2015
Only a one night stay in the very pleasant Horsley Suite to celebrate our anniversary. Had a free upgrade which I thought was really good. Friendly but not over the top welcome. Bed very comfortable, nice curtains, lamps and general decor. Good sea view which is what I wanted. TV not very straightforward but had help with that. Asked for soya milk in room which unfortunately was sour, but was offered an alternative.

David, Gloucester, stayed: May 2015 Excellent location, really felt wanted and welcome by staff, food great. Would come again.
