We were very pleased with the hotel although there was a cock up over our room. It was supposed to be an accessible room with accessible shower which it was'nt. Despite that the reception staff could not have been more helpful and we were given another room next day which was far better suited for us. The facilties offered are excellent and the central location is great. Parking is a nightmare although there is first come first served hotel parking. Bowness is swamped with day trippers which spoilt our stay.
