My visit on the The supreme luxury room I purchased was not its given name.
The balcony was OK, but the shrubs and bushes over shadowed the view canal (which apparently made the room luxury)
The wall (where the t.v was) had chocolate stains on, the room was very small.
The bathroom was extremely quaint with obvious maintenance neglect for example.
The grouting in the room needed refilling to the point where grouting were missing with a variant of cracks and discolouration.
I shown and reported the room to the receptionist, where she apologised and shown me another room, which she agreed was to the same very poor standard as the room was already occupying.
She then shown me another room which was much better more light, bigger bathroom, more space but was still subpar due to the occasion of the visit. (40th birthday).
On my departure I was then told all the discounts I COULD had experienced.
She apologised once more and acknowledged the price of the room far succeeded the experience.
It lessened the experience and I left like I got robbed, the only highlight was the spa.
Other than one of the saunas wasn't working.
I couldn't fault anything.
