Love staying here, great value for money. Disappointed this time Esther steam rooms, sauna were out of use which we love to use. The pools were also quite alot cooler than expected. Be nice if they write warmer so you could make use out of the big pool.

We have stayed at The Lion Quays Hotel & spa a number of times now and have always enjoyed the experience. Whilst we had a lovely time this time there are some refurbishments required. The spa is looking very tired and in need of a deep clean, in particular the spa changing rooms have black what looks like mould on the walls and the whole feeling in there is run down, also the showers were cold, I tried 3 different ones and there was no hot water (the next morning I went for a quick swim and used the leisure changing room and this was much nicer than the spa changing rooms). As we walked down the stairs into the thermal spa, there was a horrible smell and the walls were completely covered in the black mould and part of the ceiling had even caved in!

This is the 40 year that we have been to the Lion Keys it is great value for money. The spa is lovely and there is always plenty of room. We have champagne in the rooms when we arrive. Use the spa afternoon and have a wonderful meal in the evening.

Been here a couple of times over the years and this time you could tell it needs some tlc the room was tired with dirty walls crack in the sink and toilet paper holder hanging off the wall . The restaurant and food I can't fault that was great . The spa was ok has every thing you need but again could do with some tlc and someone keeping a eye on people sneaking in from the leasure pool when they have not paid to be in the spa , you can just walk straight through the door into it .
