this is the third time we have stayed at this hotel. We always stay in a feature room so we can sit on the balcony and look at the canal views, unfortuanately they have let the bushes in front of the balcony become over grown and they look unsightly. The wi fi at the hotel was awful with no signal at times. We had a 70 spend in the restaurant with our deal and only spent around 58 but they still charged us for coffee, there was no mention of this when we booked in the restaurant. Breakfast is poor the bread very cheap quality, thing not replaced when almost gone, fried eggs had and fatty. We used to like this hotel but I don't think we will return.
