Anniversary weekend

I will start with a positive note. The staff were great and the food was good even though the breakfast buffet was quite basic. Spa was lovely but most of the lockers didn't work.
This hotel is in need of a refurbishment. One of the curtains had some stains and was lacking curtain hooks.
The shower tiles and grout were badly stained and looked dirty.
We could only get 3 channels on the TV. We did complain about this and was told it needed an engineer to re-tune the TV. The patio needed pressure washing and not suitable to use. We had a bottle of champagne as part of the deal, but no fridge in the room.
