DISAPPOINTED

I was disappointed to find a large crack in the wash basin in the bathroom of 232. The reception stff expressed surpise when I reported the situation. However, judging by buidl up of grime in the grime I Gauge that it had been cracked for some time. That suggests:

1. Nobobdy had previously reported it.
2. The cleaning staff had not noticed or reported it.
3. Routine maintenance checks had not been carried out.
4. It had been reported but nothing done about it.

Most disappointing.

Otherise the restaurant and room was clean. However, the palce lacked any character by virtue of its clinical design. Some paintings or pictures might help liven the place up.

I will not be staying there again, or recommend it to friends,
