"Christmas at Lakeside"

From the moment we drove up to the hotel and were greeted by a piper, to the time we left four days later, we were made to feel welcome. The hotel was beautifully decorated for Christmas and the welcome drinks and canap s, the carol singing and the quiz were all good fun. The food was delicious but not pretentious, promptly served by attentive waiters. The break was exactly what we had hoped it would be.

Anon, stayed: October 2023 This hotel is fabulous, from the minute you step into the reception and throughout. Warm, friendly and helpful staff. Gorgeous bedrooms with the most comfortable beds and fabulous dining. Have stayed here on many occasions and it is the hotel we always go back to.

My husband and I booked this hotel as a relaxing break after we both had serious illnesses. Our initial impression at the location and reception were very good. Sadly our room was a great disappointment

Janet, West Yorkshire, stayed: August 2023 On the whole very satisfactory and we were made welcome., but perhaps the hotel requires ONE GOOD overall manager as a lot of the staff seemed to be lacking direction and follow up of who does what and when.
