"A Total Delight"
David, Surrey, stayed: April 2023 From the moment the main Entrance Door was opened for me the whole Hotel enthused the warmest of welcomes with professional attentive service. Thank you for making our joint Birthday Celebrations an event to remember for a very long time. We had requested a Royal Suite which was stunning directly over the main entrance. It was glorious to have so many large separate lounges to relax in so we generally had an enormous lounge all to ourselves. The food and service was excellent and first class. Will definitely visit again!
"Outstanding"
EH, Leicestershire, stayed: March 2023 We only stayed for a couple of days, and wished we had longer. A beautiful hotel in a lovely location, welcoming staff who couldn t do enough for us, comfortable well-appointed suite, great spa, delicious meals .a really refreshing short break. We will be back! The sooner the better!
"Gorgeous Hotel and Spa"
Norma P, Buckinghamshire, stayed: March 2023 Cannot recommend highly enough. A lovely short stay with a pampering treatment and spa day. The hotel is beautiful and the staff are amazing. A real hidden gem and with offpeakluxury.com we got a great deal on dinner bed and breakfast and 20% of spa treatments.
"Delightful stay will return"
JC, Essex, stayed: February 2023 We stayed at HH at the end of Feb. We were welcomed by Laurence and the reception staff, given a tour of the public rooms and a brief history of HH before being escorted to our suite. Our courtyard suite was located next to the spa - a good distance from HH, especially if it raining, snowy or icy, albeit a brolly is provided. The car park is also a distance from the house and the route down to HH not well lit, as my husband tripped on the speed hump halfway down the hill on our way to dinner. Our rooms were delightful with dual aspect to the outside courtyard/fields with daffodils. Service pre and at dinner and breakfast was exceptional. Our only gripe was the bread at breakfast could have come from a standard sliced loaf - brown or white, which did not impress us. The grounds were outstanding and well kept. We would love to return in better weather to spend more time exploring the grounds. Check out was equally impressive and the reception staff very welcoming.
