Third time going in the last few months Fabulous gem with wonderful staff Will be booking again

From our first arrival we were treated with 5 * service. All the staff were incredibly helpful and efficient, our room was so clean and comfortable with excellent facilities and easy walking for the dogs straight from the courtyard suite. The grounds were beautifully maintained with lovely walks for the dogs. The spa was situated in an elegant building with a pleasing pool and refreshment room. Our spa treatments were professionally given by efficient, friendly and experienced staff. Dinner in the restaurant was superb - beautifully presented food from an interesting menu and served by excellent staff. We couldn't have asked for a better 3 day treat. We have recommended Hartwell House and Spa to our friends and family!

Lovely buildings and grounds, staff were friendly and attentive. Rooms (courtyard) were a wonderful size and spotlessly clean. However, the decor was 1980 s Laura Ashley with zero personality. I hope they plan to spend some time and money as I don t think it would take much to make you feel really special if you stayed there. As it was we won t be going back
