A beautiful hotel! The spa was lovely, rooms clean and bright. The food was delicious and service very good. Really enjoyed our stay and excellent value for money.

Louise, Surrey, stayed: January 2026 Staff were welcoming, attentive and helpful. nothing was too much trouble and we really felt 'treated'. Breakfast was delicious. Our room was small but clean. The gym was the cleanest I have ever experienced and the spa was clean and warm, with everything in working order.

AW, stayed: January 2026 The package was good value, and the spa facilities & treatments excellent. Huge room, only slightly marred by a problem with the water supply on the second day, meaning a change of plan to using the spa facilities for showering etc. Very traditional service in the restaurant and at breakfast, which was fine. Buffets are so ubiquitous these days it was initially a shock not to find one, but better overall for the waistline!
