This hotel appears to focus more on weddings than on its overnight guests. The wedding areas look excellent and the grounds are wonderful, but some hotel areas lack the same attention to detail. The restaurant, for example, had items stored in clear view, while the swimming pool and changing rooms felt dated.
The check-in staff were delightful, although the beer lines could probably benefit from a thorough clean. The dinner menu also felt rather dated, but breakfast was excellent, especially the pancake-making machine.
