The Gardens
As you wander through the 13 acres of garden, you'll discover corners of English eccentricity that have become synonymous with the Wotton Estate. This was the first Italian garden in England, completed in 1652, adorned with Roman temples and original mosaics. The gardens have been deemed worthy of protection and are unusually, individually Grade II listed. Built for intrigue, discover their mystical nature that is fit for any romantic explorer.
The River Tillingbourne
Flowing peacefully through the estate is The River Tillingbourne, which had its own mill at one time. It has since become awash with aquatic plants and wildlife, including a family of ducks who come and go as they please.
The Wotton House leisure club has a range of facilities including:
An indoor heated swimming pool
Steam room
Sauna
Tennis court
A fully equipped gym
Studio classes (yoga, pilates, spin, Tai Chi etc)
Please note that the jacuzzi is undergoing long term maintenance and is therefore unavailable.
The leisure club does not offer spa treatments.
The Club is open to all adult overnight guests and the reception team will provide you with the entry code upon check-in. Towels are provided for your convenience. Lockers, which require a token from The Club reception, are also available.
Please note: The Club is for over 18 guests only except during family swim sessions

*Please note the pool area is closed on Monday from 09:45 – 10:30am and Wednesday from 10:30 – 11:15 for an Aqua class.

Families are welcome to use the pool facilities during term time and the school holidays.
