"Very disappointing"

The hotel's lovely, but we booked it for the Dinner bed & breakfast option and it was so bad.

"Suite NOT a suite"

Our 'suite' (room 301) was not a proper suite. It had no separate sitting area, so nowhere for us to enjoy the prosecco included in the offer. Also, the room overlooked the car park. Breakfast was chaitic with limited choice, items not replenished leading to long queues. Overall we were disappointed that the suite did not live up the website description or our expectations.
