Big queues for breakfast even for your tea and coffee. Food was ok.

AR, Norfolk, stayed: October 2025 This was my second time at Ufford park and what a difference this time - wonder if there has been a management change or crisis - the rooms were good as before and the quality of the food also very good, but the service and general demeanour and moral of the staff was not good at all. Lots of young staff in the restaurant who were probably not that happy about their job and not being given adequate training which showed. our second evening we ate in the town as the atmosphere and servie were just not adequate.

PC, Essex, stayed: September 2026 We are regular visitors to this hotel and love the location and rooms with the small balconies. The golf course and other golf facilities are very good. The general areas including the restaurant and bar are now run down and not very inviting although the food is very good but we preferred to enjoy this as room service.

Anon, stayed: May 2026 The hotel was perfectly fine for a cheaper hotel, staff were nice, everything was clean, just a bit dated. New carpets and fresh paint would make a massive difference.
