Ufford park - management poor

This was my second time at Ufford park and what a difference this time - wonder if there has been a management change or crisis - the rooms were good as before and the quality of the food also very good, but the service and general demeanour and moral of the staff was not good at all. Lots of young staff in the restaurant who were probably not that happy about their job and not being given adequate training which showed. our second evening we ate in the town as the atmosphere and servie were just not adequate.
The Spa was partly out of order so the special extras promised in the off peak luxury package could not be realised.
Its a shame as it is a beautiful location and good value for money.
