When we (my daughter and I) they had trouble finding my booking.
The expected bottle of prosecco wasn't in the room on arrival. After asking for it twice and waiting over an hour and a half for it, it arrived after we had left to play crazy golf. So the ice ha mlted by our return.
The room was extremely hot and stuffy, even with the door and window open and the fan on. I put no to staying again as maybe wasn't an option.
The evening meal was more like a pub menu than a spa treat away.
The pool was quite busy so not that much enjoyable.
Golfers were talking outside probably louder than they should at 7am!
