Improvement required

We cannot fault the staff, the service, the food and relaxed atmosphere, our room was enormous and very clean.our main disappointment was the spa facilities, thermal area tired and in need of maintenance, two jets on jacuzzi not working, pool out of use on our second and final day. We wre contactedby the hotel manager after my husband raised his concerns, after discussion it was apparent we hadn't been shown the full spa facilities during our stay!! The spa requires much attention, the well being relaxation room needs some TLC..jacuzzi jets, one sauna out of use. No I don't feel we will be returning.
