In addition to the comments the check in was petty we arrived 5 minutes before booking and was told we had to wait despite a group arrive 2 minutes later to be checked in before us .not a good start!
Rooms need updating and view over flat roofs and ventilation despite hotel not being full we wonder because we had a package we were positioned in the less desirable end of the hotel as a paying guest you should be offered the best available .jacuzzi wasn t working .changing rooms smelly needs refresh no outside air flow sauna and steam rooms dated .evening meal and staff were lovely and spa treatments were great .paid a lot of money for 3 rooms and left feeling underwhelmed sorry
