Have to say that Dylan certainly went the extra mile. In fact, for all the staff, nothing was too much trouble, but Dylan went on a personal mission to make sure we had everything we needed.

Mistakenly, someone hit an alarm in the pool area, and in seconds the area was flooded with staff carrying medical kits, defibrillators, etc. Thankfully was a false alarm, but reassuring to know how quickly they will respond nevertheless!

We had a small query regarding relevant discounts and this was also remedied quickly along with complementary Prosecco. Thank you for a great relaxing weekend
