Stay not so good this time

We have been to this hotel before and was keen to return, however this time the pool was out of action which was very disappointing and we had not been informed beforehand. The spa area is looking a bit tired as there were lots of mosiac tiles in the thermal spa suite missing. On the first visit to the spa the lady there was very helpful, however on the second day another member of staff was not so and seemed to not want to be there! The food in the restaurant was lovely, however we were a party of 4 and we had to ask for the 4th main course after the other 3 had been served a while before.
The rooms are great especially if you have a balcony overlooking the golf course and if you like walking there is a lovely walk along the river to Woodbridge. The young guy in the golf area was very helpful and told us about the walk around the complex.
