"1st 2 days great,"

After 2 days there was a gas leak in the kitchen, gas board called out and shut the gas supply to the kitchen which resulted in a reduced menu for breakfast and evening meals. We were told that the gas problem had happened previously and a temporary fix was done. No one addressed this problem to order the parts needed for the problem to be sorted. On leaving the hotel we asked when the parts needed for a permanent fix would happen we were told about a week, we had to dine out to have a choice of meals that the hotel could nt provide, when you pay for a package that was not provided that the hotel did not address is not acceptable .

Anon, stayed: October 2022 Best Hotel in Skipton, had a room on the Cancel side. Friendly staff, excellent food & rooms spacious & modern & warm. Would thoroughly recommend.

Angela, Lincolnshire, stayed: September 2022 The hotel was really well placed right by the canal . Very good value booked through off peak luxury who were excellent. Room was clean as was the rest of the hotel . Food was very good and fairly priced for a hotel. I would stay again.

Janet, South Yorkshire, stayed: September 2022 We enjoyed our stay but we re both a little disappointed in our room , it was a bit bare and we thought tired looking. There was a hole in out duvet cover and one of the light fittings was broken as the shade continually slipped down over the lamp. If the light had been left on we thought the shade could possibly burn .

SH, Lancashire, stayed: September 2022 We have stayed at the Rendezvous several times and find it to be a great place to relax. Although it couldn t be described as luxurious, definitely no frills, the rooms are a good size and spotless. The staff are great and the restaurant food is excellent. The breakfast is very good as they obviously use the best ingredients. An excellent value for money hotel
