When we came to book out, I found that you had requested a payment for one of the two rooms we booked.
Luckily I had the receipt that showed the booking had been paid for in full at the time of booking. This was embarrassing for us.
The staff at the Hotel were very understanding and dealt with this efficiently and saved us from further embarrassment.
