After three previous stays this time not up to our expectations.

Stayed at the Skipton Hotel on three previous occasions, and all was fine, great location and good service. On this occasion we were let down in the restaurant by the evening meal, the two main courses on the menu we chose, the beef dish and the pork dish, were not available. When asking the waitress if they would be available the following evening, we were told "it should be"!!
Otherwise our stay was good as usual, and the following we ate elsewhere.
