Good value for money.

Lovely comfortable room overlooking the canal and hills beyond, and pleasant bar area. We didn t use the pool or gym area. The hotel was much busier than the last time we stayed here, and as such check in was busy and we had to wait a long time!! Also we weren t able to get the dining times we would have liked!! Because the restaurant was so busy our food on the first night wasn t what we ordered, but ended up eating it because they didn t have any of what we had ordered! We ate in the bar on two nights but the food took 45 minutes to come, with the comment the chef s are very busy !! Breakfasts were busy, but ran like clockwork and the choice and standard of food was very good. Overall we enjoyed our stay, and felt it was good value for money.
