Very friendly, yet professional staff. Excellent service. We had a canal view which was beautiful. The same setting in the dining room. The 30 each allowance for the evening meal was very generous, the wine was lovely and a generous bonus.
We were in room 308; the bedroom was clean and adequate but could do with updating. Unfortunately a beautiful view was slightly marred by the windows on the right and left hand side being very dirty, but the middle window was spotless!!!!
Excellent value, we would definitely stay again.
