"Hotel not bad, room could be improved"

Bathroom had cracks in floor and basin. Radiator quite noisy and room generally a bit tired looking

Benjamin, Lancashire, stayed: March 2024 We had a two night stay at the old Swan Hotel. The staff were very friendly, especially in the restaurant , breakfast is very good with lots of choice, the hotel, lobby, dining area, and bar had traditional decor in keeping hotels age and charm but the room we were staying in could ve have done with up dating but did have everything we needed in it. The Prosecco on arrival was a lovely touch. The location of the hotel is very central, and you can walk to everything of interest we would return to Harrogate.
