There is no sense of 'luxury'. Staff mostly abrupt and under-trained. Breakfast extremely poor, staff off-hand, inedible hard bacon, no 'artisan bread' - 'its all gone' at 8.45, no fruit refill, ordered tea but given coffee. Room small, dull and drab, dirty window, tiny wardrobe stuffed with spare pillows, had to empty it before I could use it. Do you not quality assure rooms offered?
No parking due to forthcoming event; I was told this was your/ an offpeak luxury responsibility to have advised me of this in advance as you had been made aware. So, at aged 81 and finding walking difficult, I had to park several streets away as nearby streets are disc parking.
The worst of any hotel stayed in recent times.
