The staff were friendly and helpful. The dinner and breakfasts were excellent and the room comfortable and clean. Only minor complaint - no biscuits for tea or coffee !!

Ray, stayed: July 2024 We have stayed here many times in the past. The hotel is well run and of decent standard. The rooms are well maintained and comfortable. Staff are always polite and helpful. The meals are not over elaborate, but we ve never had a bad one. The bar is welcoming and the atmosphere is quite calm and relaxing. We certainly will return.

Anon, stayed: November 2024 We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Charlecote Pheasant. It was a peaceful, relaxing experience. Every member of staff we encountered or spoke to was exceptionally helpful, friendly and welcoming - it really stood out and seemed like they genuinely cared about their guests. The hotel was spotlessly clean, the food was amazing and the location/setting perfect to escape from it all.
