"Great stay for one night"

Had a great time, room very spacious but not luxurious.

JL, Staffordshire, stayed: June 2021 Receptionist was very clean, very greasy hair and not helpful. in restaurant not much choose on menu and food not very large. not enough sauce on prawn cocktail and main meal could have fitted on saucer. we sat in window seat which was dirty and lots of dead files etc on lampshade and window. We asked for a garden view and got view to main road which was noisy.

Anon, stayed: May 2023 We had no hot water to our bathroom during our stay. Reported on day two to reception, no improvement by that evening. On our last morning we spoke to a member of staff near our room, possibly house keeping, the water was hot when we returned from breakfast. Too late for our stay!
"Christmas break"
Sue C, West Midlands, stayed: December 2023 Nice hotel in lovely countryside. Clean and welcoming, the only criticism would be there was nothing arranged in the hotel for Christmas. Maybe could arrange a quiz or games of some sort. Lounge was quite small so if no seating available only option was to go to your room
