"Ideal location"
MO, West Yorkshire, stayed: May 2026
Chose to stay as the hotel was ideally located for an event the following day at the British Motor Museum. All staff very welcoming and helpful. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our evening meal but some of the items on the 'hot' section of the breakfast buffet definitely weren't hot! Would stay again if in the area.

"Very good hotel"
WR, Berkshire, stayed: May 2026 We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and being the 2 hotest days of the year.The only problem was the room had no air conditioning although there was a unit in the ceiling. Went to Reception to ask if it was working. Chloe the receptionist was very good and explained the reason why and offered a fan which was good and solved the problem. The restaurant staff of Aisling and Sharay were very helpful and polite. I would recommend the hotel and will use again.
"Well located hotel for Stratford visit"
JT, Berkshire, stayed: August 2026 The hotel offers various accommodation all of which appears to be in buildings on the same site but not within the same building as the bar and restaurant hence necessitating the need to go outside for meals. Fine in good weather. Our room was up two flights of steep stairs and no lift available. We managed with a struggle but should have been asked at time of booking if that was OK.
