Most enjoyable stay particularly liked the Michelin Star Restaurant and the experience of the open kitchen and the Chefs explaining the make up of the Dishes. Nice ambience throughout and most helpful staff with nothing to much trouble, would stay there again if in the area!
"25th anniversary present"
LJ, Kent, stayed: August 2015 We came here on a Sunday night package for our 25th wedding anniversary present from friends. It was great from start to finish and the room was out of this world, stayed in Lady Clementine. All the staff were lovely, couldn't fault it, would definitely go back.
"Little to do"
Clive J, Watford, stayed: August 2015 The hotel lacks a swimming pool and its tennis court is very dangerous to use, as the surface is very rough and needs re-doing. The staff are excellent and otherwise it would be considered 5 star.
