This is a lived in home, expect to see the home owners' belongings in places. It's on the first floor with no lift access so it may not be suitable for those with limited mobility or guests with heavy luggage. At capacity, two guests will be sleeping on the sofa bed in the second bedroom which is separated from the main living area by a sliding door. The living room and second bedroom are on the street side so you may hear some traffic noise here. There's a laptop-friendly workspace. The building's entrance is shared with the other residents. You'll need to bring your own shampoo. There's no parking here, but we recommend skipping the car and making use of Paris' excellent public transport instead – Arts et Métiers station is a four-minute walk
