The home is located above a metro line so some noise and movement can be felt. Although the bedroom is at the end of a corridor, there is no door for privacy so this home has the feel of a studio apartment. The kitchen is compact and doesn't have an oven, but with plenty of restaurants in the local area you'll probably favour eating out. You won't have expansive views over Paris as the apartment is located on the ground floor with a large window in the living space that has a frosted finish for privacy . There is no formal dining space but there is a practical breakfast bar in the open-plan living space. Paid parking is available off-site . The host accepts bookings from those looking for a space to do photoshoots and small events
