This vibrant pedestrianised street in the heart of Paris is one of the city's permanent markets and means the studio's kitchen is likely to go unused.
It boasts some of the best meat and fish in the capital, alongside celebrated pastry shops like La Maison Stohrer, cosy bistros, quirky boutiques, and a diverse range of bars that's likely to please hipsters and traditionalists alike. This home is lived in, with personal items peppered around the apartment that only add to the warmth of the place.
We love the high ceilings that make the flat feel much more spacious than its footprint would suggest and the contemporary decor and furnishings – a favourite is the bright Mexican Day of the Dead cushions.

The bedroom is on a mezzanine meaning the ceiling height may prove an obstacle for taller guests . The stairs up to the bedroom are quite steep. This is on the first floor without an lift so prepare for a climb. While there's no TV, the Wi-Fi is plenty fast enough for streaming on your own devices. There's only one key to share between guests. A weekly clean is included for stays of 28 days or longer. This home is short on wardrobe space, so we'd recommend packing light
