Nestled high in a newly renovated building, the tradition has been captivated and restored. Our favourite spot is the window seat. For early risers, this is the place to settle with a cup of coffee, watching as the world stirs to life below. With all the colours of the rainbow lighting up this apartment, the home is awash with happy vibes.

This home is only available to those studying or travelling for work – you’ll need to provide proof from your university or employer. This host cannot take bookings further than a few weeks in advance – please contact us to discuss any bookings for later in the year. Parking in Paris can be tricky, so we recommend sticking to the easily accessible public transport where possible (Line 2 and Line 12 of the metro are 100m away) – though we think the best way to see the city is on foot. At full occupancy, two guests will be sleeping on the sofa bed in the living area. The entrance to this home is shared with the building's other residents. Though there isn't a dedicated desk here, the dining table doubles up as a laptop-friendly workspace.
